How long does a restoration take?

It depends on the route. A straightforward registrar restoration is usually a matter of weeks; a court-ordered restoration takes longer and is quoted separately. We give you a realistic timeline in your written plan before you commit to anything.

How much are the government fees?

They're set by BC Registries and depend on the route and how many missed annual reports have to be filed alongside the restoration. We charge them at cost with no markup, and the exact figure is in your plan before you approve.

Can I restore a company myself?

You can. Plenty of people do the straightforward ones. Where it gets expensive is choosing the wrong route, missing a required filing, or discovering after the fact that assets vested in the Crown. If your situation is simple, we'll tell you that in the plan.

Is my company gone for good if it's been years?
